The Petitioners, who are citizens of Russian Federation and motivated by ISKCON, have filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayers: "- a Writ of mandamus to the respondent to grant extension of visa within a time bound manner. - a order to sub-registrar to register the flats of the Petitioner."

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that he will not press prayer (b) at this juncture. Without going into the merits of the case and the question of territorial jurisdiction and looking at the fact that the representations of the Petitioners are pending with the Foreigners Registration Office, Delhi, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the Foreigners Registration Office, Delhi to decide the representation of the Petitioners within eight weeks from today.
