The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an Order-inOriginal dated 26.03.2024 ((hereafter the impugned order) passed by the adjudicating authority. The impugned order was passed pursuant to a show cause notice dated 27.05.2011.

Mr. Ramachandran, learned counsel for the respondent states, on instructions, that there is error in the identity of the petitioner, therefore, the show cause notice dated 27.05.2011 as well as impugned order was incorrectly issued against the petitioner. Neither the show cause notice nor the impugned order is, therefore, not directed against the petitioner. 3.
