Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to permit the operation of the bank account of the petitioner bearing no. 50200050526790 maintained with HDFC Bank Limited, Rohini Branch, Delhi.

however, order has not been passed.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the hearing on the objections filed by the petitioner stand concluded, however, the final order has to be passed by the Competent Authority. 4.

In view of the above, we direct the Competent Authority to expedite the decision on the objections filed by the petitioner and pass an order.

It could be open to the petitioner to avail of such further remedy as may be permissible in law in case petitioner is aggrieved by the disposal of the objections.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
