% 21.02.2025 We note from the instruction which has been provided to Mr. Naushad, learned counsel representing the Commissioner of Customs, ICD (Exports), Tughlakabad, that of the four shipping bills which pertained to that port, all have been duly processed and appropriate remedial steps taken. The remainder shipping bills and in respect of which a grievance is voiced pertain to the Nhava Sheva Port of entry. In that view of the matter, we close the proceedings before this Court, leaving it open to the writ petitioner to adopt appropriate remedies.
