The Petitioner apprises the Court of the subsequent facts that took place after the previous order of this Court. She states that on 03rd October, 2024, the competent authority, i.e., Respondent No. 4 has issued the requisite No Objection Certificate1 permitting the Petitioner to carry out the construction in her property bearing no. E-7, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi110017. 2.

In light of the aforenoted NOC, Mr. Jeevesh Nagrath, counsel for Petitioner, states that Petitioner's grievance stands satisfied and accordingly, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. he would like to withdraw the present writ petition. Counsel for Respondents No. 1 to 4 states that he has no objection to the request made by Mr. Nagrath.
