Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-company states that the parties have resolved the underlying dispute, by way of a settlement agreement dated 28.03.2017 with the aid and assistance of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

A copy of the said settlement agreement dated 28.03.2017 is handed over in Court today. The same is found to be lawful and is taken on record. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-company further states that the latter shall comply with their obligations, under the said settlement agreement dated 28.03.2017 without demur.

Directed accordingly.
