The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"a) Initiate appropriate contempt proceedings against the Respondents / contemnors and punish the Respondents / Contemnors;

b) Direct the Respondents / Contemnors to abide by their statements as given to this Hon'ble Court in their status reports filed in W.P. (C) 7827/2017 titled "Bungalow Road Jawahar Nagar Traders Association Vs. North Delhi Municipal Corporation &Ors."; for violation of order dated 21.2.2018 PASSED in W.P.(C) 7827/2019.

e) pass any other Order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents." 3.
