The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application. He submits that he would be satisfied if the trial is expedited.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that only the official witnesses are remaining to be examined and all endeavours would be made to conclude the trial within a period of 5 to 6 months.

The learned Trial Court is also requested to conclude the trial expeditiously. The applicant is at liberty to file an application afresh if the trial does not conclude within a period of 08 months from the date.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
