Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Order dated 30.04.2024, whereby while quashing the Look Out Circular against the Petitioner, the Trial Court has directed the Petitioner to obtain permission from the Court whenever the Petitioner wants to travel abroad. 2.

Material on record indicates that an FIR was registered against the Petitioner on the complaint of the Punjab National Bank and a Look Out Circular was opened against the Petitioner. It is stated that the Petitioner approached the Trial Court for quashing of the LoC. the LoC has been quashed by the Trial Court vide Order dated 30.04.2024, however, the Petitioner has been directed to approach the Trial Court to take permission every time the Petitioner wants to go abroad. 3.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to approach this Court in case the Trial Court does not grant permission to the Petitioner to go abroad at any given instance.

Leave and liberty, as sought for, is granted. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.
