By way of present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks the following prayers: "...i) Be directed the PS Burari Police to provide security to the Petitioner and take action against the persons who continuously harassing and threatening the Petitioner.
(ii) | Be directed the PS Burari Police to file Charge sheet in FIR 927/2022, dated 13/12/2022 U/s 323/448/34 IPC P.S. Burari, Delhi adding appropriate sections of IPC..."
