The present writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of appropriate directions to the respondents to stop illegal construction/ installation of the roof top mobile tower being done by the respondents no.4 and 5 at property bearing no. B-16, Gurudwara Road, Keshav Nagar, Imbrahimpur, Delhi- 110036.

None appears on behalf of the petitioners even upon passover. 3.

Status report has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.1/ MCD wherein it is stated that the permission to install the mobile tower on the roof of the subject property was granted by MCD vide letter dated 9th January, W.P.(C) 7190/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 2025 in favour of M/s. Indus Tower Limited as per the Settlement Agreement in LPA No.572/2011 dated 30th January, 2017. 4.

In view of the aforesaid status report filed on behalf of the respondent no.1/ MCD, the reliefs sought in the present petition cannot be granted. 5.
