This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner laying a challenge to the notice dated 03.06.2022 to the extent of the post of Assistant.

Mr. Rakesh Chaudhary appearing on behalf of Respondents No.2 and 3 submits that the Petitioner has not been appearing in this case since 20.04.2023 perhaps for the reason that the examination conducted pursuant to the impugned advertisement has been cancelled on 22.02.2023. Copy of the cancellation notice dated 22.02.2023 in respect of cancelling the CBT examination result for the post of Assistant under Recruitment Advt. No. DR-04/2021 has been handed over in Court and is taken on record. 3.

It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution and in default. Pending application stands disposed of.
