The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- a. issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate writ (s), order (s), and direction (s) thereby directing the Respondents to produce the brother of the petitioner namely Rajeev Chibbar @ Rajan who is physically handicapped and presently illegal and unlawful custody of respondent no. 4 before this Hon'ble court;

b. Direct the Respondent No. 1,2 & 3 to safeguard the life and liberty of the Petitioner Brother and to ensure that the family members of the Petitioner brother. c. Direct the Respondent Nos. 4 to refrain from getting indulging into any illegal activities and not to cause any harm to the lives and liberty of the Petitioner brother and their family members.
d. pass any other or further order as deem, fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner.

We have been informed that detenue, who is the brother of the petitioner has been set at liberty and accordingly, we are satisfied that so far as the prayer made in the instant writ petition for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus is concerned, the said prayer stands satisfied. 3.
Regarding the rest of the prayers and also in relation to issue concerning illegal detention by non-government organizations, we find that the said issue may not be appropriately possible to be adjudicated for want of necessary pleadings and material.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of, however, we leave the other issues open to be considered in some other matter. 5.
Before parting, we deem it appropriate to put on record our appreciation for the assistance provided by Mr. Viraj R. Datar, learned Senior Advocate and Amicus Curiae.
