By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks the following prayer: "...(a) direct the respondent to conduct proper investigation with respect to FIR No. 860/2023 Dt. 24/12/2023 registered under section 279/304A IPC, registered at PS: Tilak Nagar, regarding the unnatural death of the husband of the petitioner in suspicious circumstances in order to find out the actual reason for death of the husband of the petitioner...". 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage states upon instructions that the said prayers would be satisfied in case the investigation of the matter is transferred to DIU cell, West District.
