The plaintiff instituted this suit for recovery of Rs.18 crores 37 lakhs. 2.

The suit accompanied with an application for extension of time for depositing Court fees came up first before the Joint Registrar on 13th August, 2019, when time of two months for deposit of Court fees, as sought, was granted.

No Court fees has been paid till now and the counsel for the plaintiff on 20th January, 2020, before the Joint Registrar stated that the plaintiff does not wish to pursue the case and wants to withdraw the same. 4.

The suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the counsel for the plaintiff states that the suit be dismissed instead of being withdrawn.

6.

The suit is dismissed.
