The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "A) Pass an appropriate, writ, order or directions, thereby directing that the incident dated 13.3.2024 and dated 18.3.2024 on the basis of which FIR NO..0225 dated 3.4.2024 was registered in the Police Station New Ashok Nagar, Delhi, be Investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation or any other independent investigating agency and the detailed report be submitted before the Hon‟ble Court; B) Pass any other appropriate orders or directions as this Hon 'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State, on advance notice, submits that after registration of the FIR, Section 307 of the IPC has also been added.
