% 07.02.2019 Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.2 has been filed. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that they do not wish to file any separate counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.1 and that the said respondent would rely on the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent No.2.

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.3 has not been filed despite opportunities and imposition of conditional cost vide order dated 10.12.2018. Accordingly, the right of respondent no. 3 to file the counter affidavit is closed.

List the matter before Hon'ble Court on 12.02.2019, the date already fixed.

Petitioner would be at liberty to file rejoinder to the counter affidavit of respondent no. 2 before the date fixed. REGISTRAR FEBRUARY 07, 2019/aj
