The present petition seeks following prayers: "i.

Call for the records of any Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against the Petitioner at the behest of Respondent No. 3 and upon examination thereof, issue appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) quashing/setting aside the same as it is blatantly violative of the fundamental rights of the petitioner guaranteed under Articles 14, 19 & 21 of the Constitution;"

Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in terms of the interim directions issued by this Court on 01st September, 2023, the Petitioner was permitted to travel abroad. Availing the said liberty, the Petitioner did travel overseas and has since returned to the country. It is further submitted that subsequent to the said travel, the Petitioner has also undertaken further travels abroad with due permission of the Trial Court. 3.

It is made clear that in light of the judgment of this Court in Sumer Singh Salkan v. Ranjeet Narayan & Ors.1, in case the Petitioner has any grievance with respect to any Look-out Circular(s) issued against him, appropriate remedies shall be exercised before the concerned Trial court. 6.
