The present petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing a Resolution dated 28.04.2025 issued by the respondent no.1 against the petitioner.

By way of the present application [CM APPL. 77156/2025], it is pointed out that on 16.08.2025, the General Council of the Bar Council of India held a meeting wherein it was resolved that the impugned Resolution dated 28.04.2025 was not in conformity with the procedure prescribed by the Bar Council of India. Hence, the said resolution dated 28.04.2025 stands withdrawn.

Concededly, after withdrawal of the said resolution dated 28.04.2025, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
