% 10.02.2020 The learned counsel for the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal since the matter is settled between the parties before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis-Hazari Courts on 16.09.2019 in terms of the paras no.1 to 10 of the settlement agreement. Though the copy of the mediation proceedings is not filed before this Court, hence the copy of the settlement agreement dated 16.09.2019 so shown to the Court be placed on record.

The appeal stands disposed of in terms of paras 1 to 10 of the settlement agreement dated 16.09.2019. Pending application(s) also stands disposed of.

Since the matter is settled before the mediation centre hence the appellant is entitled to refund of the Court fee. Be refunded as per the provisions of the Court Fee Act.
