This is a fresh petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for seeking quashing of FIR No. 0325/ 2021 dated 18.07.2021 for offence under Sections 153/504 Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and Section 3 of the Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 2007 registered at Police Station Jamia Nagar, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
