W.P.(C) 8728/2019 and C.M. No. 36064/2019 After some arguments, Mr. Bhandari, on instructions, states that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to prefer the statutory departmental appeal against the order of removal from service dated 26.03.2018. He, however, prays that the costs imposed by the Tribunal may be set aside.
Looking to the circumstances of the case, we modify the impugned
order to the extent that it imposes costs of Rs.30,000/- on the petitioner. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. VIPIN SANGHI, J RAJNISH BHATNAGAR, J AUGUST 13, 2019 B.S. Rohella
