With the consent of the parties, the present application is taken up for final disposal.

The present application has been filed under Section 439 CrPC seeking interim bail for a period of 30 days in connection with FIR No.0078/2023 under Sections 302/325/147/149/201/34 IPC registered at PS Wazirabad on the ground that while in custody the petitioner has undergone surgery of right breast fibroadenoma on 30.05.2024 and she has been advised bed rest. In view of the above, the petitioner is granted interim bail for a period of four weeks from the date of her release subject to her furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and a Surety Bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate, further subject to the following conditions:- (a) Petitioner/applicant shall appear before the learned Trial Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing.

(b) Petitioner/applicant shall provide mobile numbers to the IO concerned which shall be kept in working condition at all times and shall not switch off or change the mobile number without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer concerned. (c) Petitioner/applicant shall not indulge in any criminal activity. 7.

Upon expiry of the period of interim bail, the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent. 8.

The application stands disposed of.

Copy of the order be forwarded to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
