This is a regular bail application on behalf of the applicant Sandeep Bansal S/o Ram Niwas Bansal, under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of bail in case FIR No.208/2023 dated 25.08.2023 registered under Sections 420/468/471/474/120B IPC at PS: Crime Branch. Charge Sheet was filed in which Sections 409/467 IPC were added.

After canvassing some arguments, counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the regular bail application.
