% 20.08.2018 With the consent of the parties, the petition is taken up for hearing.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate proceeding before the ATMCD, in accordance with the provisions of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957. Leave and liberty granted.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state that, if an appeal is instituted within a week, the ATMCD shall dispose it off expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from today, in view of the circumstances that the present proceeding was instituted before this Court at a time when the Appellant Tribunal had not been duly constituted. The date already fixed for 7.9.2018 stands cancelled.
