The petitioners have filed the present petition impugning an order dated 25.01.2019 passed by an Arbitrator.

A revision petition against an order of the Arbitrator is not permissible. Section 5 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 expressly proscribes interference with arbitral proceedings, except to the extent as set out in the said Act. The said Act provides no such remedy. 3.
