The present Application has been filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C for grant of Bail in FIR No. 1169/2023 registered under Sections 498A/304/34 IPC.

It is submitted that the charges have already been framed and the material witnesses are in the process of being recorded. 5.

In view of these circumstances, the counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file afresh when the witnesses are examined.
