% 24.07.2018 There is no explanation for the handing over of cheque no. 8111179 dated 06.02.2017 for Rs. 6,00,000/- which was dishonoured on the ground that the signatures differed. This itself supports the case of the complainant about the intention of the petitioner being prima facie dishonest at the time of he receiving the money for discharge of which liability the cheque was statedly issued.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it cannot be said that the case against the petitioner is wholly unfounded. The custodial interrogation would be required.

The petition for anticipatory bail is dismissed. R.K.GAUBA, J.
