W.P.(C) 8844/2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may most graciously be pleased to issue writ of mandamus and / or certiorari and / or any other writ, order or direction directing:

a) That respondent No.1 be directed to demolish House No.170, Bihari Gali, Parwana Road, Khureji Khas, Delhi-

110051; and b) Pass such other or further orders as this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

The only submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner had made two representations at pages 13 and 17 but the same have not been considered and disposed of. If that be so, the respondents are called upon to consider the representations at page 13 and reminder thereof at page 17 and pass a speaking and reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

It goes without saying if the petitioner is still aggrieved by any order to be passed, he shall seek such remedy as available in law. The writ petition is disposed of.
