This application has been filed on behalf of the applicant under Section 439 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of regular bail in case FIR No.240/2018 dated 31.10.2018 under Sections 302/201 IPC registered at PS: Timarpur. Subsequently, Sections 120B/34 IPC were added in the Charge Sheet.
