Present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking withdrawal of the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent-society has agreed to construct twenty-eight

(28) flats in Block E of the society. He, therefore, wishes to withdraw the present writ petition on behalf of all the petitioners. 3.

Keeping in view the averments made in the present application, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition along with the pending applications, if any, is disposed of.
