It is seen that none had appeared on behalf of the appellant on the previous date of hearing as well (that is, hearing held on 12.12.2023). 3.

The appellant has impugned an order dated 18.07.2023 issuing a decree for possession in respect of subject premises (IX-6435, First Floor, Mukherjee Gali, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi-110031). There is no dispute that the appellant was a tenant in the subject premises and there was a jural relationship of landlord and tenant between the appellant and the respondent. 4.

This Court is informed that the impugned order and decree has already been executed.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed in default. Pending application also stands disposed of.
