By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks to assail the orders dated 06.09.2019 and 11.12.2019 passed by Ld. Judicial Magistrate in FIR No. 252/19 registered under Sections 447/511/379/34 IPC at P.S. Swaroop Nagar, Delhi vide which the SHO was directed to remove the case property from the property in question.

Learned counsel for the petitioner claims that the articles removed were not the case property. She further submits that the petitioner has already preferred an application seeking release of the articles and the same is pending consideration before the ld. Trial Court. 3.

Considering that the petitioner has already approached the Trial Court for release of the articles, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions in support of the application before The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
