This is an execution petition seeking execution of Arbitral Award dated 06.11.2018.

The judgment-debtor is directed to deposit the entire decretal amount within 6 weeks with the Registrar General, Delhi High Court. 3.

The decree-holder is entitled to withdraw the same, subject to furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar General (since OMP (COMM.) 101/2019 being Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 petition is pending).

Since the amount is permitted to be withdrawn, the petition is disposed of with liberty to revive in case the amount is not deposited.
