This application has been filed by the applicant praying for clarification of the order dated 10.01.2024 by which the applicant was granted Anticipatory Bail subject to inter alia furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. 2.

Earlier, by the order dated 25.08.2023, while granting interim Anticipatory Bail to the applicant, a condition had been imposed on the applicant of furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The learned counsel for the applicant prays that the surety which was given for complying with the said condition imposed by The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the order dated 25.08.2023 be now discharged, as the applicant has now been granted Anticipatory Bail vide order dated 10.01.2024. 4.

As in terms of the order dated 10.01.2024, the applicant has been granted anticipatory bail inter alia on the condition of him furnishing fresh surety, the surety furnished in terms of the order dated 25.08.2023 shall stand discharged.
