In the present petition, the petitioners are challenging the order dated 07.05.2024 passed by the Ld. District Judge, Commercial, South East, New Delhi, whereby the learned Trial Court allowed the application filed by the respondent for summoning of witnesses.

Learned counsel submits that respondent through his counsel has since given a statement before the Trial Court that they do not wish to press application dated 17.01.2025 for summoning the witnesses and the matter has been adjourned by the Trial Court for final arguments. 3.
