The matter has been listed on Office Note, pursuant to PUC dated 13th June 2025, received from the Office of the Principal District & Sessions Judge West District, Tis Hazari Courts, seeking extension of time period as granted by this Court by order dated 19th March 2025, read with order dated 29th April 2025.

By order dated 29th April 2025, this Court had directed that the Execution Petition be decided on or before 1st July 2025. 3.

Petitioner is present in person along with counsel Ms. Sumitra Choudhary.

On 27th June 2025, the Execution Court has ordered for sale of the property in question by public auction through a Court Auctioneer. A copy of the order has been handed over for the information of this Court. The matter is now listed on 30th July 2025 before the Execution Court.
