Present writ petition has been filed primarily challenging the legality and validity of 'City Taxi Scheme, 2015'.

Learned counsel for the Respondents state that the present writ petition has become infructuous as the new scheme, namely, Delhi Motor Vehicle Aggregtor and Delivery Service Provider Scheme, 2023 has come into force with effect from 21st November, 2023. They have also referred to and relied upon the order dated 18th January, 2024 passed by the learned Registrar, wherein learned counsel for the Petitioner had stated that she would like to withdraw the present writ petition. However, none is present for the Petitioner.
