At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 09.02.2024 passed by the concerned Magisterial Court has already been set aside by the learned Court of Sessions in a Revision Petition filed by the respondent herein and, therefore, the present contempt petition does not survive anymore.

In view of the above, the present petition is, hereby, disposed of as having become infructuous.
