O R D E R

Learned counsel for respondent submits that the TDS amount of Rs.78,856/- shall be deposited with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch in terms of the order dated 19th May, 2017 within three days. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has opened savings bank account bearing No.52910100007075 with Bank of Baroda, Harpur (Muzaffarpur) Branch, Bihar (IFSC: BARB0HARMUZ). 3.

UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch shall keep Rs.68,000/- in 17 FDRs of Rs.4,000/- each in the name of Urmila Devi for the period 1 month to 17 months. The balance amount of Rs.10,856/- be transferred to the appellant's savings bank account bearing No.52910100007075 with Bank of Baroda, Harpur (Muzaffarpur) Branch, Bihar (IFSC: BARB0HARMUZ) 4.

At the time of maturity, the maturity amount shall be credited to the aforementioned savings bank account of the appellant. 5.

All the original FDRs shall be retained by UCO Bank, Delhi High

Court Branch issuing FDRs. However, the photocopies of the same shall be provided to the appellant.

No cheque book or debit card be issued by Bank of Baroda, Harpur (Muzaffarpur) Branch, Bihar to the appellant without permission of this Court. In case the cheque book or debit card has already been issued the same shall be cancelled forthwith.

No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

Vide order dated 22nd February, 2017, UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch was directed to disburse Rs.7,15,426/-. This Court directed Rs.6,36,000/- to be kept in 120 FDRs and the balance amount to be released to appellant.

The amount to be released in terms of order dated 22nd February, 2017 be transferred to the appellant's savings bank account bearing No.52910100007075 with Bank of Baroda, Harpur (Muzaffarpur) Branch, Bihar (IFSC: BARB0HARMUZ). With respect to 120 FDRs to be issued in terms of para 3 of the order dated 22nd February, 2017, the maturity amount be transferred to the aforesaid savings bank account of the appellant.

The appellant shall approach the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch for completing the formalities for the disbursement of the award amount in terms of this order.

List for compliance on 07th September, 2017.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
