This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner, seeking return/release of the security documents furnished in compliance with the directions issued vide order dated 27.10.2021, whereby the applicant/petitioner was permitted to travel abroad. 2.

Considering the averments made in the application, the judgment dated 14.11.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 12169/2021, and the undertaking furnished by the applicant/petitioner vide affidavit dated 17.11.2025, (in terms of the directions contained in the judgment dated 14.11.2025), the application is allowed.
