The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No. 338/2019 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC registered at P.S. Vasant Kunj South and other proceedings arising therefrom be quashed. 2.

Respondent nos. 2 to 6 are present in Court. They have been identified by the Investigating Officer. They state that the said FIR was lodged on certain misunderstandings, which have now been resolved.
They unequivocally state that they do not wish to pursue their complaint and have no grievance with the petitioner.

The petitioner is also present in Court and is identified by his counsel. He confirms that he has no grievance against the said respondents. 6.
In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the FIR No. 338/2019 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC registered at P.S. Vasant Kunj South and all other proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 7.
