The instant petition under Sections 401 and 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter "Cr.P.C.) read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. (now under Section 438 and 442 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

"a. set aside the order on the point of charge dated 10.12.2021 passed by Sh. Vikrant Vaid, ASJ (FTSC) (POCSO), Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in Session Case no. 462/2020; b. set aside the Charges framed by Sh. Vikrant Vaid, ASJ (FTSC) (POCSO), Dwarka Courts, New Delhi on 10.12.2021 against the Revisionist/Accused c. discharge the Revisionist/Accused of the offences punishable u/s 8 POCSO Act & in the alternative section 354 IPC; and u/s 12 POCSO & in the alternative 354D IPC in FIR no. 888/2020; P.S. Chhawala, Delhi...."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the trial in the present matter has already been concluded and the petitioner has already been acquitted. He prayed that the instant petition may be disposed of as nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter. 3.

Learned APP for the State has not contracted the fact advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the above submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court does not find any reason to keep the matter pending as nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter. 5.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of in view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties. 6.
