Learned counsel for the parties state that the disputes have been settled in conciliation proceedings and an agreement dated 30.08.2024 has been entered into them. A copy of the agreement has also been placed on record. It is signed by the authorized representative of both the parties, by their learned counsel and by the learned mediator. Resolution of the Board of Directors in support of the authorized representative for both the parties have also been placed on record.

It is stated by Mr. Akshay Chitkara, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the settlement amount has also been tendered by the petitioner to the respondent by five cheques. the first of which has already been encashed and the other four are to be encashed between 20.09.2024 O.M.P. Learned counsel for the parties undertake that their clients will abide by the terms of the settlement agreement dated 30.08.2024. 4.

In these circumstances, Mr. Chitkara seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

The petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
