The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR No.56/2023, U/s under Section 323/326/341/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), 1860 registered with Police Station Ambedkar Nagar, Delhi, charge sheet i.e. report under section 173(2) CrPC and all other consequent proceedings arising therefrom; pending before the Court of Sh. Puneet Pahwa, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Saket Courts, District South, Delhi. This Hon 'ble Court may also pass such other or further order/s as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."
