Learned counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, states that Department of Trade & Taxes withdraws the impugned notices of default assessment, tax and penalty dated 19th December, 2016 issued to the Petitioner under Sections 32 & 33 of Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 for the Assessment Year 2014-15 with liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
