The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be given to the respondents to protect life and liberty of the petitioner from respondent no.4.

The petitioner claims that he had lent certain money to respondent no.4 against security of respondent no.4's motorcycle. He claims that respondent no.4 has not returned the said money. However, he is threatening the petitioner with dire consequences, if he does not return the motorcycle to respondent no.4. Clearly, the disputes involved are of a civil nature. It is apparent that the petitioner has filed the present petition in order to ensure that respondent no.4 does not recover his motorcycle. 3.

This Court is not inclined to entertain the controversy whether the motorcycle in question had been pledged with the petitioner as claimed. It also does not appear that the motorcycle is registered in the name of the

petitioner.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail of other remedies. VIBHU BAKHRU, J SEPTEMBER 24, 2019 RK
