Learned counsel for the petitioner says that in view of the affidavit filed by the University of Delhi wherein, inter alia, two aspects have been highlighted : First, that there are no seats available in the academic session 2019-2020 and second, concerning the exercise carried out of adjudging equivalence of underlying qualifications, he would like to withdraw the instant petition and thereafter file a fresh writ petition with regard to the second aspect. 1.1 This plea is made in view of the fact that no seats are available in academic session 2019-20.

Mr. Rupal, who appears for the University of Delhi says that he has no objection to the request made by counsel for the petitioner. W.P.(C) 8778/2019 1/2

Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the captioned petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition to lay challenge to the communication dated 2011.2019 appended to the affidavit of the University of Delhi filed pursuant to the order dated 5.11.2019.
