By the present petition filed under section 25-B (8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 the petitioner seeks to impugn the eviction order dated 20.8.2016 by which the Additional Rent Controller has dismissed the application filed by the tenant/petitioner seeking leave to defend and passed an eviction order. The respondent has filed the present Eviction Petition for premises M-69, F-1, Ground Floor, M Block Market. Greater Kailash Part-I, New Delhi. Two eviction petitions had been filed by respondent/landlord against the petitioners pertaining to adjoining premises. In both the petitions eviction order was passed.

Both the orders have been challenged before this court under section 25-B (8) of the DRC. Today, vide separate order I have dismissed RC Rev. 51/2017 filed by the petitioners pertaining to premises No. F-2, M-69, RC.REV.50/2017

Ground Floor M Block, Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi. On account of the same reasons the present petition is also liable to be dismissed. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. All pending applications if any also stand disposed of.
