Ld. counsel for plaintiffs submits that one of the suit property is situated at Dwarka which falls under the jurisdiction of District North East, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District South West, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South West), Dwarka, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South West), Dwarka, Delhi on 05.05.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
